HOW TO USE :
-Use Blinc Liquid Eyeliner on clean, dry skin.
- Gently pull the cap towards the ear and start on the inside of the cap.
-Draw a thin line evenly along the top lid as close to the lashes as possible.
-If your liner goes astray a little water on a cotton bud will easily correct the problem.
-Within a minute, apply additional coats of color to thicken the line.
-Once set, no additional coats can be applied.
-To remove, remember that neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Liquid Eyeliner, only the combination of plenty of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a cloth or water pressure (i.e. shower) will effortlessly slide the layer of color Your skin into your hand.
-It does not penetrate your skin and leaves no residue.

Cautions:
WARNING: If the eye becomes irritated in any way, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately.
-Do not use a makeup remover; Water and gentle pressure is all that is needed for removal.
-There is no need for excessive rubbing.
-Simply soak the eyelid with warm water until the colored layer slides off (like a second skin).
